The On Being album released by, Joe Hertler & the rainbow seekers immediately starts off strong with the title track, “Ego Loss on Grand River Avenue”. The album is very indie, upbeat and all around fun. For those who are to Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers, they are a great mix between Mumford and Sons and The Lumineers. The album is a mix of the strong vocals of Joe Hertler and the full sound of The Rainbow Seekers. The 10 song album is short and sweet, leaving you wanting more, the lyrics are so powerful, which is conveyed in songs like, “Carbon C14”. This band was definitely made to make music.
