Unless you’re one of those people who refuses to watch a film after you’ve already read it in book form, Gone Girl is a must-see, and it’s right here in Baltimore! Based on Gillian Flynnunearths best seller, Gone Girl tells the story of Nick Dunne, whose wife, Amy, has gone missing. When Dunne, played by Ben Affleck, reports his wife’s disappearance, investigations turn what once seemed to be the ideal marriage into a crumbling union of man and wife. Under police and media pressure, Dunne’s lies and odd behavior make him a suspect of the disappearance (murder?) of Amy Dunne. I don’t want to spoil the twisted thriller, so I will say no more.
