I will be traveling to Baltimore from Orlando on November 8th specifically to see the Matisse and Diebenkorn Exhibit. Should I purchase tickets in advance for Friday the 9th a.m.? Have there been long lines?

I have been planning this since your first announcement.

    • Hi Carol! The exhibit opens on the 23rd of October, so I can’t say just yet how busy it’s going to be or if tickets will sell out before you get there. However, I’m sure the exhibit will attract a lot of people from inside and outside of the city. I would suggest reserving your tickets ahead of time on the BMA website. There you can choose your date and have your tickets reserved in advance. Since you’re traveling such a long way I would hate for tickets to sell out! I hope that helps a little bit- enjoy the exhibit and the city of Baltimore as well! -Alex
