Wacky Wednesday: Baltimore Ghost Tours
It’s October, and you know what that means… it’s the perfect weather for ghosts, ghouls, and goblins to roam about. In addition to buying your own WLOY Zombie shirt, there’s no better way to get in the Halloween spirit or explore Baltimore than the one-of-a-kind awarding-winning Baltimore ghost tours.
With three separate tours available, you are sure to get a good fright on the most haunted streets of town. The Original Fells Point GhostWalk reveals the history and terrifying tales of the Maritime Village, the Mount Vernon GhostWalk leads you deep into the tell-tale heart of Baltimore’s cultural district, and the 21+ Fells Point Haunted PubWalk is a two-hour tour of the spookiest Fells Point taverns.
Tourism Tuesday: National Aquarium in Baltimore
To kick off Tourism Tuesday, it’s go big or go home. One of the biggest and best attractions in Baltimore is none other than the National Aquarium. Whether you’re just in town for the weekend or a Harbor regular, the aquarium is constantly filled with new exhibits and new adventures.
As home to over 16,000 specimens, including birds, fish, mammals, and reptiles, there is never a shortage on memorable experiences. Right now you can see what it’s like to go underwater, with both the “Jellies Invasion: Oceans Out of Balance,” showing the real health of our planet, and the new dolphin show, “Our Ocean Planet,” from their point of view.
