This Thursday from 8-10pm Son of Nun will be performing his powerful hip hop outside Starbucks. As a Baltimore citizen, Son of Nun uses his music as a voice to speak out against racism in around the U.S.. Son of Nun is not just an artist, but an activist, dedicating his time to working with various charities in Baltimore and to fight for what he believes, which is then reflected in his music. His two albums, Blood & Fire and The Art of Struggle, which you can find here, combine meaningful lyrics with strong hip hop beats and occasional some spoken word.
