SUMMARY:Gladkill and Stylust Beats
DESCRIPTION:Refusing the confinement of a single genre\, Gladkill captivates audiences with sounds that span a diverse musical landscape. Stacked with a vast catalog of songs that range from dance-floor-dominating sexy kinetic club beats\, to deep and captivating downtempo/melodic material that works just as comfortably on the home stereo. \nNot showing any signs of slowing down\,Gladkill has maintained a consistent and impressive performance schedule. He has recently toured with Bassnectar throughout America and Canada and played numerous flagship music festivals (including 3 appearances at Coachella Music Festival on The Do Lab stage\, festivals in Canada\, Costa Rica and the continental U.S.)  Beginning in early 2014\, he launched his own record label\, a collaboration with fellow musician Sugarpill called Foundations Recordings\, and has been touring nationally to support their new endeavor through the Spring of 2014. His upcoming EP “Accolades” (due in June) will be the first official release on Foundations Recordings\, an exciting new chapter in Gladkill’s musical journey. \nGladkill sits deftly between the sheets of ethereal melodies and silky basslines while embracing a heavy emphasis on composition and structure. In an era where disposable dance music is big business\, Gladkill rises above the fray and aims to make music that will stand the test of time.

SUMMARY:Pat McGee
DESCRIPTION:Recorded in Los Angeles in 2014\, Pat McGee was influenced by the classic albums of the 1970s that were spun in his childhood home. “I was inspired to write a record that was not based on a ‘single’ but on the wholeness of the complete album\,” Pat explains. “I was at a friend’s house\, listening to what I thought was someone’s playlist on an iPod. When I realized they were spinning full albums on vinyl\, I was blown away. The very next day\, I decided to buy a record player and picked up the ten records that lit the fire in me to start playing music\, including seminal records by James Taylor\, Jackson Browne\, and Crosby\, Stills\, and Nash.” \nChanneling the vintage warmth of those recordings\, he began writing an album that would have the same timeless quality of singer/songwriter rock from the Laurel Canyon scene of the early 70s.

SUMMARY:The Meatmen
DESCRIPTION:Like a cartoon mallet to the head\, the Meatmen – a 35-year old legacy band – lives on as one of the most recognizable names in punk and metal. Their primal decree\, “We’re The Meatmen\, AND YOU SUCK!” is synonymous with the era and the attitude of hardcore punk. \nThe Mighty Men of Meat are anchored by the sharp-tongued wit of statuesque frontman Tesco Vee\, co-creator of the original Touch & Go Records and Fanzine. Today\, Vee and company continue to entertain fans with hilariously heavy records and a memorable live spectacle -replete with wild costuming and a gigantic confetti-spewing penis.

SUMMARY:Erica Campbell
DESCRIPTION:On March 31\, Erica Campbell\, of the award-winning gospel duo Mary Mary\, re-released her solo album. “Help 2.0” features a song that some love and some hate\, “I Luh God.” \n\nThis song has garnered so much debate between older and younger Christians\, as well as non-Christians. Just Google or YouTube the song and you will see folks VENTing on the content and character of the artist and people who bob their heads to the this tune. \n\n\nThere are those who say this song is a great evangelistic tool for reaching the younger generation. Others say this song is another example of the church’s decreasing standards … pointing to the church as being lukewarm for accepting songs that sound too much like the “world” and artists who “compromise the gospel.” Some even question what is “luh” and what “God” is being acknowledged

SUMMARY:Bad Suns
DESCRIPTION:Los Angeles natives\, Bad Suns\, are pleased to announce the release of their debut album\, Language & Perspective. Comprised of eleven tracks\, Language & Perspective moves effortlessly from start to finish showcasing the band’s stadium ready anthems and undeniably catchy hooks. The album will be available on iTunes on June 24th and everywhere else July 1st\, but fans can preorder on iTunes today and receive three instant-grat tracks. \nProduced by Eric Palmquist (The Mars Volta\, Wavves\, Trash Talk) Language & Perspective serves as a follow up to the band’s breakout debut EP Transpose\, which hit streets earlier this year. In a short time since their inception\, Bad Suns have performed the first single\, ‘Cardiac Arrest\,’ on Conan and the track is already fast approaching Top 20 at Alt Radio with a weekly audience of 1 million plus and building. \n“It’s pretty incredible what you can accomplish with time\, work\, and patience. Playing our songs to receptive audiences\, across the country\, has been surreal for us; it’s what we’ve always dreamed of. We’re excited for people to hear the album that we’ve made\, and then come experience it in a live setting\,” says frontman Christo Bowman. Bad Suns is currently on tour directly supporting The 1975 until the beginning of June when they kick off a run of headlining shows in the US.

SUMMARY:In Your Memory
DESCRIPTION:Based out of Washington\, DC this post-hardcore 5 pieces act formed in 2012. With a jazz-netic twist to to the genre leaning on their punk rock influences. The band made its debut in 2013 with In Your Memory their first self titled EP. During these past few years\, the band had a bit of style changes\, quick additions and lineup adjustments which finally firmed up in 2014 with a roster consisting of singer Omar Veras\, guitarists Casey Allen and Alex Scott\, drummer Johnathan Shephard and bassists Troy Humphrey. They followed up quickly that year\, releasing Reflections while they slowly built their credentials. This album was seen as something of a breakthrough for the band since it expanded their audience. They don’t strive in being perfect but if your looking for personality and character with a passionate stage presence you have met your match.
