Beginning NOW, WLOY will be offering FREE Rita’s Italian Ice from 11-1pm outside of Boulder Garden Café for the next three Fridays. Come stop by and say “Hi!” to Rich the DJ during his live Top 20 Countdown for the best music according to him for the past week.
