From this list WLOY will nominate the “Brightest Star” of the search– the most worthy star who will take home awesome prizes and merch! And if you are not a competitor you can still be named the “Victor of Chance”, as we will be raffling gift cards to local Baltimore eateries including: Evergreen Cafe, Cafe Hon, Charmery Ice Cream, and Roland Park Bagels.
