Join the members and supporters of the Word on the Street newspaper at the annual Art Auction Fundraiser on Saturday October 12th in Baltimore. WLOY has been a proud co-founder and supporter of this great project (and won a few national awards for it too) and we want to spread the news. Artists from all over the country have donated their works to support the auction. Photography, paintings, drawings, sculpture, and much more will be lining the walls for your bidding. Attendance is FREE, and so are the drinks (Maryland Wineries Association & Brewers Art!) and snacks, and music provided by Claire Anthony, Caleb Stine and more. Bidding starts at $25.
There will be 10 limited edition prints of the color poster available for bidding. How about a custom stainless steel wave wine rack from White Rabbet Gallery in Havre de Grace, or an amazing handmade cigar box guitar donated by CrocBite Guitars in Frederick, MD?
